Our Mobile Patrols operate to strict procedures. Our internal systems log all Mobile Patrols automatically. A remote control will log in with the patrol. This information is centrally monitored at our national control centre. Please note our Mobile Patrols do not check in with Central Control BUT we log into them at the time of their inspection. GPS devices, individual to each guard, confirm the EMS Mobile Patrol has inpected your premises at the times we have agreed with you. We do allow for a human error and circumstances outside of the Mobile Patrols control - but all incidences are logged and serious breach of our Mobile Patrol code is not taken lightly by the management of EMS and missed inspections or checks involve interviews with the Patrols concerned.
