Employee of the Month for May 2010 Tuesday, 15th June 2010 Once again it gives all of us here at ems security services great pleasure to announce the recipient of the employee of the month for May 2010. This month was particularly hard for us all to agree on because of the sheer number of nominations. We have all thought long and hard about all of the nominees and have finally come to the conclusion that the employee that will receive this months prize will be Zaheed Qudoos. Employee of the Month April 2010 Thursday, 6th May 2010 It is with great pleasure that we once again inform everyone that our latest recipient for the Employee of the Month award (April 2010) is Security Operative Kamal Amier. Kamal has been chosen after we received numerous amounts of positive verbal feedback from Colleagues, Customers, Managers and members of the general public. Kamal has been praised on his positive attitude, his exceptional work ethic and professionalism on numerous occasions. It has also been expressed to us on many occasions by Simon Wesley (Supervisor) Kevin Paulson (Duty Manager), Greg Harrison (Operations Manager) & Jas Bains (Operations Director) that Kamal is a brilliant Security Operative that is highly thought of by many Colleagues, Customers, Managers and persons that he may come into contact with during his duties. Simon Wesley has also highlighted one particular occasion where Kamal covered a shift at a site on extremely short notice at 03:00 in the morning. This kind of help is much appreciated and it does not go unnoticed. Kamal recieves a certificate of recognition together with a gift voucher, which we would like you to receive with our greatest thanks and appreciation. We would also like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the hard work you give to the company in general and in particular for your 100% attendance record making you an employee that we can rely on at all times. Newest Recruit also wins Employee of the Month Tuesday, 13th April 2010 Employee of the Month – March 2010 The ‘Employee of the Month’ for March 2010 has been awarded to Nicholas Beacher. Nicholas has recently joined our company at the Derby County Football Club Pride Park site and has instantly made an extremely positive impact with all the staff on site. Having recently left the armed forces where he served his country so proudly, he joined ems after applying for his SIA License and receiving his badge. within a very short time he has made a lasting impression on both the clients that he deals with daily and his work colleagues. Nicholas has been awarded the employee of the month for: Positive verbal feedback from the Site Operations and Safety Manager at DCFC Pride Park Stadium regarding Nicholas’s enthusiasm and professionalism in his daily duties. It has also been noted by ems Management that Nicholas has on many occasions helped out by covering additional shifts on his scheduled days off. I have extended our personal thanks to Nicholas and congratulated him for his professional conduct which has resulted in him being chosen for this award. Employee of the Month – February 2010 Wednesday, 3rd March 2010 The ‘Employee of the Month’ for February 2010 has been awarded to Paul Bacon and he has been chosen based on: “Positive written feedback from the Site Manager at Doorstop International regarding an incident whereby Paul approached and questioned somebody who he thought to be ‘an employee’ about the contents of a large box he was putting in his car”. The employee in an actual fact was a Company Director who was suitably impressed to have been questioned and checked! I have extended my personal ‘thanks’ to Paul and congratulated him for his professional conduct on this occasion that resulted in him being chosen for this award. Employee of the Month Monday, 22nd February 2010 New Incentive from ems (East Midlands Security) Management We have decided to introduce a new company incentive/reward for you all to strive for by way of an ‘Employee of the Month’ Award. This reward will be awarded on a monthly basis, as the name implies and nominees will be chosen based on any manner of positive or indeed outstanding qualities or actions that you as an individual have brought to the company. Nominees will be put forward by the duty manager’s, operations manager, operations director, customers or indeed by one of your colleagues. If you wish to nominate a colleague then you must submit in writing a brief description/reason why you wish for that individual to be considered. All requests must be sent/submitted to the operations manager. Should a client make special reference to any particular quality or action of a security officer on their site then this individual will obviously be put to the top of the list for that particular month. The nominations will be discussed during our monthly management review meeting, and during this meeting one individual will be chosen for his/her outstanding achievements for the previous month. We will then informed the winner in writing and he /she will be rewarded with a gift voucher with our thanks. All company employees will be informed who the months, ‘Award Winner’ is and why that individual was chosen. Employee of the Month – January 2010 The ‘Employee of the Month’ for January 2010 has been awarded to Muhammed Irfan and he has been chosen based on: “Positive verbal feedback regarding his general conduct from the site manager and his 100% attendance to his scheduled shifts” at the ABB site in Drakelow in 2009. We would like to say “Well Done” to Muhammed for his professional conduct that resulted in him being chosen for this award and also for being the first ever winner of this award! |
