All of our customer sites have assignment instructions that outline the security officers duties and confirm the scope of the assignment agreed with the customer. Risk assessments conducted during the site survey are always included in the assignment instructions. Any customer property will be handled with care and attention. Any agreements around property are confirmed in the assignment instructions.

The safety of our security officers is paramount and we ensure that regular check calls are made to control to confirm their safety. We also provide staff with the latest technology to report issues to control. Regular updates are provided to our customers. EMS Security Services conduct regular site visits to monitor the performance of staff and to check on their welfare. Customer visits are carried out at pre-agreed times.
